09.02.16 | Probably will be about Robert's Rebellion but would really like to see the Dunk and Egg stories, The Blackfyre Rebellions or The Dance of the Dragons in some way. |

09.02.16 | The more GOT the better as far as this man is concerned, I'd prefer it as a tv series during the off season than movies though. |

09.02.16 | S6 was great I assume you're all book readers who are complaining? The fast pacing actually worked well and there was rarely a dull moment as there was in the early seasons. it had it's fair share of shit but every season has.
I'm worried about season 7 though what with the shitlicker who filmed all the worst episodes coming back to direct some while the guy who directed the 3 greatest battles has left to film some low budget Netflix original which makes absolutely no sense to me. |

09.02.16 | I just want the next book, c'mon Geooooooorge. |

09.02.16 | Nope, I'm not a book reader. Season 6 was just tedious and boring up until the last 2 episodes. Almost every GOT season up until season 5 never wasted a scene and used every second of its runtime to its fullest potential. The characters were amazing, dialogue, choreography, everything. Come season 6 the whole thing became so dull that it's unbelievable. Plot holes aside and just stupid plot devices the whole thing was tedious. Getting to suffer scenes of Tyrion drinking shit and telling stupid jokes trying to sound intellectual and interesting without furthering the plot in any kind of way was one of the worst GOT experiences I've endured. It was not just Tyrion though, countless other characters recieved the same treatment. 2 good episodes don't justify 8 bad ones. |
BallsDeep
09.02.16 | They butchered Tyrions character development this season I'll give you that. Those 'comic relief scenes were amongst the worst in the history of the show but idk I rewatched season 1 recently and forgot how slow the pacing was maybe it's my add but I found it a little bit tedious to sit through in parts. |

09.02.16 | A prequel would be kinda cool but I don't think there would be much dramatic tension. Everyone knows pretty much how it all went down.
It would be cooler if they did the Tales of Dunk and Egg |
Onirium
09.03.16 | In my opinion the fact that so much significant past events are left off from the actual narrative of GoT is a fundamental element of the story and its premise. I personally don't think it would be relevant to adapt events closely related to the GoT story. It's particularly interesting that we can never have a truly objective vision of the past, since it is revealed to us as it is to the characters themselves. That's a personal thought, anyways.
That being said, I think it could be interesting, as was pointed out, to see something like the Tales of Dunk and Egg, or any independent storyline set in the GoT universe, adapted on screen. |
