Digs
Yes, another one.
1
Fleet Foxes
Fleet Foxes
I love indie folk rock, and this fits the bill perfectly. I can't stop listening to Ragged Wood.
2
Battles
Mirrored
Probably one of the most original and creative albums to come out in awhile. Atlas is so much fun to listen to.
3
Torngat
You Could Be
Cool Canadian Post Rock/ Avant Jazz band from Montreal. Fans of Do Make Say Think would probably appreciate this. They are even more awesome live, cause three people play like three instruments each at a time.
4
Elton John
Blue Moves
One of his most overlooked albums, lots of classic stuff on here. Tonight is the best track.
5
Built to Spill
Keep It Like A Secret
Went away from this for awhile, but now it's coming back to me again. Broken Chairs is an epic ending.
6
TV on the Radio
Return to Cookie Mountain
Cool band. Great Vocals. Fun album.
7
The Flashbulb
Soundtrack to A Vacant Life
Pretty chill album. like Aphex Twin meets Ventian Snares meets Stars of the Lid.... kinda.
8
Shearwater
Rook
More good indie folk rock.
9
Chicago Underground Quartet
Chicago Undergound
Somebody should tell the trumpet player that he can also play actual melodies and stuff too. He doesn't just have to squeal. Still, pretty cool stuff.
10
Dave Holland Quintet
Critical Mass

If you like 2 you may also like Phantasia by LITE. Before I heard that Mirrored was my favorite math rock album.
