Drumming aftercare

So I just played for three hours strait practicing my parts for the show my band is gonna do, and I developed like six regular blisters and two blood blisters so my hands are in a ton of pain right now, so...for all you drummers out there, what's the best way to do aftercare for your hands? Also list is digs this year so far. (Not all are released this year, but all are new to me this year)
