Trophycase 03.20.16	It means you either need to: 1) Get up and walk around and exercise, which almost always cures my weed anxiety. 2) Fix potential emotional and mental instabilities you have. Anxiety can also occur if you're in a bad place mentally. When I was depressed my weed highs were incredibly anxious. 3) Drink more water, focus on your breathing and try to slow your heart rate. Weed onset can generally elevate your heartrate so I find that deep breathing really helps calm me down for the first 10-15 minutes or so. 4) I often dealt with my weed anxiety by taking a little bit at first to get my body slightly adjusted to the feeling before smoking the rest of the bowl. E.g. I would take one or two hits, wait 5 minutes and then smoke however much I felt like.

Studies show it's the best thing for you and it can cure illness and it's the best thing ever and it can stimulate brain function basically one way or another it will cure cancer and aids and stuff. Alcohol is a lot worse for you because it makes you angry and can cause you to act a silly billy. If you become anxious or have a panic attack or become paranoid it's because your not doing it right. Just smoke more and more and more and keep doing it at all times all day every day and things will be totally fine. If you are having a bad experience with it I don't believe you because I refuse to listen or accept that's it's possible to have a bad experience with it cos you know I haven't and stuff.
