MattGandee 02.04.16	I think every Deftones fan has their own preferred album ranking, and sometimes it doesn't always speak to the perceived "quality" of each album (ie. I'd consider Saturday Night Wrist and White Pony to be pretty much equal in that department, but I hold Saturday Night Wrist in slightly higher regard because there's some very strong and specific nostalgia attached to that album). Having said that, here's my list (favourite to least favourite): Saturday Night Wrist White Pony Diamond Eyes Self-Titled Koi No Yokan Around the Fur Adrenaline And even then, I think the albums towards the bottom of the list are FAR from bad. So yeah, their consistency is pretty remarkable.

claygurnz 02.04.16	Nah I've only heard White Pony hence why it's 1, I'm just getting into these guys and they seem really consistent so I wanted to find out how others rank their albums. Everything after 1 on my list is just random.

DoofusWainwright 02.04.16	S/t has some classics (hex, telephone, cape, minerva) but it also contains the dullest material I must be the only person on the planet who wished they'd tried to perfect their heavy sound rather than going into 'soothing art rock' waters that are merely OK a lot of the time. These dudes are still the only masters of 'sexy metal', a million bands do the breathy chill alt rock thing

BurnCity 02.04.16	1. White Pony (nostalgic place and time bittersweetness for me) 2. S/T - Hexagram, Bloody Cape, Needles & Telephone are towers of slab 3. Around The Fur - First time album I heard and it stuck hard but fuck they grew 4. Diamond Eyes - It's sad and ethereal but that monotonal guitar heft is huge 976 and Death at the end are vastly underrated. 5. SNW - I hated my ex and most of my friends when this came out so it nailed a lot of that. You can tell it was recorded patchily and I don't really like Mein with Serj on it that much but still a great album. 6. Adrenaline - It's a great start but One Weak and EN9 are my standouts - I really love the production on this one too. 7. Koi No Yokan - Not a terrible album at all but I've skipped a few tracks here and there - Poltergeist, Rosemary and Butcher are so sexy. What Happened To You? is more of a PALMS or Crosses track imo
