Users Who Should Be Contribs Pt. 2

I did this in late 2014 and recommended EO, Johnny and Rowbro, two of whom got promoted and only a lack of output denied the other. Last year and throughout this January I've noticed a few others crop up and established users upping their literary game so here's my list, nerds.
1Piss Vortex
Piss Vortex

Archelirion (Aaron) - Quite a few of this guy's reviews have caught my eye, and usually the stuff he recommends is on point as well. His reviews are very well thought out and beautifully written from both conceptual and verbal stand points. One little piece of advice is not to fall into the trap I did when I got promoted and write wordy abominations like some of my 2014 stuff.
2Serpent Noir
Erotomysticism

GameofMetal (Brett Tharp) - Has been on my radar for quite some time. I'm not sure if he applied last year and was denied (or that might've been Toondude or Talons idfk you're all the same user, right?) but he's absolutely stepped-up this year. Pedestrian, by-the-numbers reviews are no more and now he's consistently churning out interesting write-ups that are fun to read yet professional in tone.
3Abominable Putridity
The Anomalies of Artificial Origin

TheSpirit - We've known for quite a while that this guy can write really, really well. For whatever reason, he was never made contrib around the time I joined the site, and after that his output declined. Thankfully, he's writing more frequently now, while bringing attention to albums that would usually go unnoticed by most of the site's community.
4David Bowie
Blackstar

Frippertronics - Another case of a user with excellent writing skills who got snubbed for whatever reason, except I think we all know that in this case it was behavioral. Fripp has cleaned up his act as far as posting habits are concerned and was also the author of the best Blackstar review, AS WE ALL KNOW. Unlike a lot of writers, he has a knack for keeping readers engaged for lengthy periods of time, and can extrapolate to his heart's content, allowing him to delve into the minutiae of an album.
5mewithoutYou
Pale Horses

Rowan5215 (Rowbro) - I'm sort of on the fence here in that Rowbro's output has remained comparatively low but at the same time I think he deserves a tag simply because the quality of his writing speaks for itself. Let's be real he's still more active than half the staff body.
6Alfred Schnittke
String Quartet No. 3

ShakerFaker - Ever since Taylor left the site we've lacked a classical voice and this guy would do very nicely in taking that position. His prose is excellent and he packs his reviews with detail pertaining not only the technical aspects of the music but also the less tangible things like emotions and subtext (which is actually REALLY hard to do with classical, btw). He's also completely open to constructive criticism and will discuss at length about how to improve his stuff. Should he apply then he should definitely make the cut, IMO.
