Brostep 12.17.15	oh man I've been super digging a series called The Wicked + The Divine recently. it's about 16 issues in and it fucking rules. writing is superb, characters are great, art is unbelievable also good on the Tomine rec, Shortcomings is pretty damn cool

BlueandOrange 12.17.15	You'd really dig John Flood, it's a 6 parter that's nearly finished you may be able to find the issues/ or a volume soon. Read sundowners volume 1/2 (2 especially) check the latest volume of moon knight as well, he's called marvels answer to batman but that's really underselling him. Nameless has had the trippiest artwork/story this year as well.
dimsim3478 12.17.15	all good recs above. check "Watchmen" ASAP. here are some more. - Bone / RASL (Jeff Smith / brilliant storytelling) - Preacher / The Boys (Garth Ennis / vulgarity) - Cerebus the Aardvark (300 issues of pretty crazy stuff) - East of West (weird book to get into but one of the most interesting ongoing series atm) - Lucifer (kinda like a more consistent Sandman) - Midnight Nation (super deep but the female characters are kinda um scantily clad) - Transmetropolitan [2] (just read the first TPB on the plane this morning and it kicked ass) - Usagi Yojimbo ("every issue is like a masterclass in storytelling"--some reviewer) - Y: The Last Man [2] / Saga / The Private Eye (Brian K. Vaughan has the best stories in comics history)

Devastator 12.17.15	I primarily read marvel (spiderman) but here a few of my favorites. Ultimate Spiderman Superior Spiderman Agent Venon Spiderverse Old man Logan Deadpool (Daniel Way and classic collection) As for DC, if you haven't read Batman: The Killing Joke definitely read that. The Hush saga is also great as well.
