If you'll have some outlook, some perspective again your normal way of wanting to live will, I can assure you, be re-enabled.
In the mean time, be angry. As long as you're angry, it is a sign that you don't want this current state where you're in. It means you're (un)consciously trying to get back on track. And it will happen, no matter how bad things are right now.
You will learn to cope, you will learn how to turn things around somehow, you will find new joy, you will get more certainty after uncertain times.
