Favorite Metal/Hardcore Vocalists

A list of vocalist's that stick out to me the most.
1Discordance Axis
The Inalienable Dreamless

Jon Chang, this guy can switch to the most ear shattering shrieks, to the most Earth rumbling growls in an instant. This dude is crazy.
2Death
Leprosy

Chuck's vocals on Leprosy and Spiritual Healing pretty much embody death metal. They're disgusting, ugly, but make you want to come back more and more every time you listen.
3Converge
Jane Doe

Jacob, mothafuckin, Bannon. This dude has the most crazy high screams. They're so intense and crazy, much like the pattern of most of their faster songs.
4Defeater
Travels

Derek Archambault, possibly the best vocalist in melodic hardcore. You can just feel the emotion coming out of his lungs.
5Church of Misery
Master of Brutality

Yoshiaki Negishi. Love the grime in his voice, it perfectly fits the music's slow and distorted sound. Very ominous but yet very fun to listen to.
6Cattle Decapitation
The Anthropocene Extinction

Travis Ryan. The craziest range in all of death metal. His stomach turning growls are something you can't miss out on, and his melodic high's are also an addictive vocal style to listen to. If he ever released anything where it's just him screaming into a mic with no instrumentals, I would buy tf outta it.
7Cannabis Corpse
From Wisdom to Baked

Can't find this guys name anywhere online, but holy shit his growls are deadly. I honestly have no clue why I love them so much. I just really like this type of low growl.
8Lamb of God
VII: Sturm und Drang

Randy Blythe, the first harsh vocal's I've ever heard. This dude can dish out some insane growls, and can belch out high screams that he can hold for a minute, without voice cracks. I applaud this dude tons. Easily one of my vocal inspirations.
9Minor Threat
First Two 7"s

Ian MacKaye, the best part about this guy is, these aren't any special method of harsh vocals. He's just yelling his heart out. 80's hardcore was an angry place.
