Albums that take you on a journey

I've only listened to a few albums in my life that have been tied together and constructed so perfectly that you're left with that shaken feeling once it's over. Music that takes you on an adventure that can't be replicated by anything else. Here's a few of the best I've found. Please recommend me something you think I'd like.
1Neutral Milk Hotel
In the Aeroplane Over the Sea

Thanks Sputnik for finding this for me
2Pink Floyd
Animals

Basically, all of PF's albums
3Radiohead
Kid A

Possibly my favourite
4Sufjan Stevens
Carrie and Lowell

A great headphones-on-lying-in-bed album
5Wilco
Yankee Hotel Foxtrot

I feel like I'm just listing all the popular / high rated albums on this site right now
6The Antlers
Hospice
7Bjork
Vulnicura
8Editors
An End Has A Start

So many memories are tied to this album
9Friendly Fires
Friendly Fires

As soon as the last track's over, you gotta skip straight back and go again!
10Nick Drake
Pink Moon

Think that's enough for now.
I left out that classics like Abbey Road, Led Zeppelin (1,2 & 4), QOTSA blah blah etc for various reasons.
