The NFL Approaches

It should be a solid year for my Panthers, particularly if one or both of their DE's can step up and be an efficient contributor to their studly defensive line. Secondary is much stronger with the emergence of Josh Norman, Tre Boston, Bene Benwikere and Colin Jones. And with the passing of the Hardy black cloud and the signing of Tillman their defense should play as strong as they did down the line. Cam will still probably be inaccurate and erratic as fuck but at least he's healthier, has a marginal upgrade on the line and has more offensive weapons. Offensive line can't be any worse tbh and Jonathan Stewart I pray to the Gods he remains healthy. 9-11 wins. Teams that I'm interested in watching this year.

1. The Rams. Their moment is coming. Is it now? They've reaped the benefits of that RG3 trade and now it's time for them to usurp the 49ers and the Cardinals for a 2nd place division finish. I'd like to see them win 9 games at least. Hopefully more.

2. The Dolphins. They've completely revamped their WR core for the better and got rid of some serious dead weight on both sides of the ball in addition to adding Suh and some other potential gamechangers. Can the Dolphins not be "The Dolphins" this year?

3. The Buccaneers. This potential trainwreck will be fun to watch despite having to continue to bare witness to those historically awful new uniforms. Winston Vs Kuechly. I'm already as giddy as a Catholic schoolgirl playing hookie on a Tuesday morning.

4. Buffalo Bills. Rex Ryan, LeSean McCoy, Sammy Watkins, a stout defense and a mysterbox quarterback situation make this compelling.

Purple Rain

Minnesota Vikings. Don't wear the purple on purple anymore.
