| The Cure's Albums Ranked (from Best To Worst)
A list of the Cure's studio albums ranked from best to worst with a side note on each one. | 1 | | The Cure Disintegration
The band's masterpiece; a beautiful and haunting epic that hypnotizes the listener with darkly lush songs. | 2 | | The Cure Kiss Me, Kiss Me, Kiss Me
A double album that resembles a compilation album with 17 tracks that displays the band's diversity. | 3 | | The Cure The Head on the Door
This breakout hit shows the pop side of The Cure with exhilarating songs filled with strange lyrics. | 4 | | The Cure Wish
The Cure's best selling record alternates between poppy light songs and heartbreaking dark ones. | 5 | | The Cure Pornography
One of the first gothic albums ever made is the band's most nihilistic. Dark, intense and scary. | 6 | | The Cure Faith
A work displaying the spiritual anguish of Robert Smith. Gloomy and depressive, but well made. | 7 | | The Cure Seventeen Seconds
An ominous and atmospheric record that could be a soundtrack for an art-house horror film. | 8 | | The Cure Bloodflowers
An underrated rock album that contains some of The Cure's most evocative songs. | 9 | | The Cure Three Imaginary Boys
The debut of The Cure is actually a great punk rock album that would rank higher if they were a punk rock group. | 10 | | The Cure The Top
A bizarre mix of psychedelic pop songs that represented a turning point for the band. | 11 | | The Cure 4:13 Dream
This 2008 pop record in the vein of "Kiss Me" contains some good tunes and a great performance from Smith. | 12 | | The Cure The Cure
Despite some decent songs, this album's heavy nu-metal sound does not fit The Cure at all. | 13 | | The Cure Wild Mood Swings
A "by-the-numbers" pop album that feels like it was made just for money making purposes. | |

06.18.15 | Thanks for the response! While I thought "Kiss Me" was a bit schizophrenic, it really is close to being a masterpiece of its kind. And while "Seventeen" is great at building an ominous, almost horror flick atmosphere, I thought the band had made more lively records. | Rowan5215
06.18.15 | Kiss Me is perfect and beautifully all over the shop, not a single track I dislike. I'm personally fond of 9 and 12 and would have em higher but opinions. Great list, all Cure is good Cure | Rowan5215

06.18.15 | Thanks for the comments everyone! For the past year and a half, I've been into all kinds of rock bands, but The Cure was the first one I really got into. They're certainly my favorite band due to their diversity. Punk rock, gothic rock, pop, experimental; they've done a lot and have always been good. | AcidCaravan
06.18.15 | My all-time favorites: 1. "Faith" 2. "Pornography" 3. "Three Imaginary Boys" 4. "Seventeen Seconds" 5. "Kiss Me" ps. never understood why everybody always loved "Disintegration" that much. Always preferred "Wish". |
