My Most Frequently Listened To Albums
*Note that this list is not actually in order, it's just the order I thought of said album |
| 1 | | The Wonder Years The Greatest Generation
My number one favorite album of all time right here, this album got me through some tough shit (I know it was really small problems, nothing to bitch about but because I'm a whiny little teenage bitch, it felt big) But nonetheless, even if it doesn't totally relate to me lyrically anymore, I still can't help but feel great when listening to the music |
| 2 | | Pantera The Great Southern Trendkill
My other favorite album of all-time, some songs (the heavier) make me want to smash my head right through a wall, not out of rage but of just pure "getting-in-to-it" and the softer ones may calm me down a bit, but that won't stop me from shaking my head and getting really into it. |
| 3 | | Rise Against Revolutions per Minute
This album makes me so angry yet so determined inside at the same time, and it's probably my favorite hardcore punk album of all-time |
| 4 | | Rise Against Siren Song of the Counter Culture
Another classic record that mixes the post-hardcore and punk rock sounds like Rise Against used to, this one sounding a bit closer to post-hardcore, but nonetheless one of my favorites |
| 5 | | Operation Ivy Energy
One of the first punk rock albums I ever bought (right after my Rancid phase) this one still sticks with me, just the pure...energy...of this album is so fucking amazing! |
| 6 | | Green Day Insomniac
It may be an unpopular choice for a favorite album of Green Day's, but that doesn't mean I don't wholeheartedly believe that it (along with "Warning") is their best |
| 7 | | Green Day Warning
My other favorite Green Day album, the softer one |
| 8 | | The Offspring Smash
ahhh, back when the offspring was a PUNK rock band... |
| 9 | | Pantera Far Beyond Driven
Another legendary album by one of my favorite bands |
| 10 | | Pantera Vulgar Display of Power
Finally bought this earlier this year, forgot how much I liked Pantera... |
| 11 | | The Wonder Years Suburbia I've Given You All and Now I'm Nothing
Of their four albums thus far, only two have really truly stood out to me (I do like the others, but these two are just phenomenal), and this is the other one (obviously) |
| 12 | | Sublime Sublime
This, THIS, is my summer album...Possibly one of the greatest records ever written, it's a shame Bradley had to be taken from us so soon...R.I.P. |
| 13 | | Nirvana In Utero
My all-time favorite Nirvana album, including my favorite Nirvana songs ("Scentless Apprentice" and "Milk It") |
| 14 | | Green Day Dookie
come on, with "Insomniac" and "Warning" already in here, we all saw this coming |
| 15 | | Green Day Nimrod
last Green Day album, I promise |
| 16 | | Sublime 40 Oz. to Freedom
Another classic Sublime record, their debut "40 oz to Freedom" featuring some all-time classic favorites by the band, "Badfish", "Date Rape", "Smoke Two Joints", "Let's Go Get Stoned" and various others |
| 17 | | Rise Against The Sufferer and the Witness
another classic album by one of the last great punk bands |
| 18 | | Descendents Milo Goes to College
classic 80s punk right here |
| 19 | | Bad Religion Generator
My favorite Bad Religion album, I just hear that title track and I'm fucking ready |
| 20 | | Bad Religion No Control
Another one of their classic albums |
| 21 | | Bad Religion Suffer
While most songs sound the same, blah, blah, SHUT THE FUCK UP, it's still a great album that pumps me up quite a bit |
| 22 | | Bad Religion How Could Hell Be Any Worse?
The debut album by West Coast punk rockers, this remains one of their best to this day |
| 23 | | Bad Religion Against the Grain
Another great Bad Religion album, the last one (so far) on this list |
| 24 | | The Offspring Ixnay on the Hombre
The last great offspring album |
| 25 | | Neutral Milk Hotel In the Aeroplane Over the Sea
completely different than everything else on here, this has been one of my favorites since first hearing it |
| 26 | | The Clash London Calling
Classic album right here |
| 28 | | Alice in Chains Alice in Chains
god, I love this album |
| 29 | | Avenged Sevenfold Waking the Fallen
I know I'll get a lot of hate for this, but I love this album...but after their third album, they're not that good, I'll agree there |
| 30 | | Aaron West and The Roaring Twenties We Don't Have Each Other
the emotion in this fucking album, holy shit, it's so fucking great! |
