It's pride month. Listen to these.
1Perfume Genius
Put Your Back N 2 It

Mike Hadreas' excellent sophomore effort. He has been through a lot. "Hood" is perfect.
2Perfume Genius
Too Bright

He topped (no pun intended) his last album with this awesome art pop effort.
3John Grant
Queen Of Denmark

Amazing album. A 40 year old man finally getting in touch with his sexuality and finally liking himself.
4Sia
1000 Forms Of Fear

Her songs are hit or miss, but some very good ones are here.
5Against Me!
Reinventing Axl Rose

Lead singer is trans. Pretty sure Sput is familiar with this one. This is their best so I included this.
6Lou Reed
Transformer

So glam
7The Knife
Shaking the Habitual

Let's talk about gender, baby
8Antony and the Johnsons
I Am A Bird Now

This one packs an emotional punch as well
9Husker Du
New Day Rising

Because they are gay/bi and this album is awesome
10Husker Du
Zen Arcade

And this
11Suede
Suede

Sexual ambiguity
12Frank Ocean
Channel Orange

You really should have heard this by now
13Lady Gaga
The Fame Monster

Go have fun this month and be proud.
14Robyn
Body Talk

Ye
15David Bowie
Hunky Dory

Because I forgot
16Of Montreal
The Gay Parade

For those who don't already know, back in June in 1969, there was a huge riot by the LGBT community in NYC at Stonewall Inn against police brutality directed at people showing certain signs such as femininity. It is typically considered the most important LGBT event here in the US and now every June, since not every city can have pride the same day, there are parades the entire month and therefore we call it "pride month"
