SCREAM!: The Blackest Metal Tourney Discovery Round 5

SCREAM! 05.03.15	A little early but I'm going to be out later so here it is Haven't actually counted the other round's votes but Grimoire got 1 and Csejthe got a bunch so I think we can all agree on the victor ;)
Gameofmetal 05.03.15	I still haven't even listened to that Grimoire album yet. Listened to the ep though, and I'll check the LP in a few minutes but Im pretty certain Csejthe will come out on top for me as well.
SCREAM! 05.03.15	Voting is technically still open until this afternoon, but it seems pretty decided as of now

L4titudes 05.04.15	As of right now my vote is for 2 but I'm gonna listen to 1 again
porcupinetheater 05.04.15	Okay, voting for 2 upon much anguished deliberation. The base level of both albums are fucking great, but Dornenreich gives me more moments that transcend even that, with plenty of brief moments of surprising melody popping up to drive everything home.

hal1ax 05.04.15	I'm voting for 1. I enjoyed both albums for the most part. The vocals on 2 started to bother me after a while, though. And although both albums are super entertaining and bizarre, i feel like 1 is just more dynamic and interesting.
MoosechriS 05.04.15	Voting for 1 in this round. The vocals on 2 started to get a bit tedious after a while, although the acoustic sections were all pretty damn cool

linguist2011 05.04.15	Well these are two very intriguing albums indeed. Honestly though, I'm going to vote for 2. As extravagant and versatile as the Drawn release was, I felt more emotionally and personally attracted to the Dornenreich album, as well as the fact that the fusion of styles seemed more seamless to me. I also preferred the vocal/lyrical work of Dornenreich, with Drawn it didn't stand out to me as much.

ChoccyPhilly 05.04.15	Going for 2. It may be inconsistent and the whispers may get annoying but it has moments of brilliance, which I thought was lacking in 1

Hawks 05.04.15	I mean I gotta vote for 1 since it's a 5 for me, but I jammed 2 last night and it was sweet. Gonna give it another go later tonight when I get off work.

Gameofmetal 05.05.15	I liked 1 a little more but wasn't as into either as I have been to many of the past entries on first listen. Will bump both again.

SCREAM! 05.05.15	My vote goes for 1. 2 reached higher peaks but also had more lows. By the end I was kind of sick of the vocals

Gameofmetal 05.06.15	I'm still feeling 1 but I need to give 2 a second more thorough listen before I decide. The vocal performances on both were not my cup of tea.

Cosmoblue 05.06.15	Something about it didn't feel right to me. The other album wasn't much better either though. Guess this kind of bm just isn't for me

Gameofmetal 05.06.15	Alright my votes going to Drawn. Dornenreich impressed me even less the second time through. Those vocals just grate, and not much was very memorable to me
