02.04.15 | +Punch Brothers - Who's Feeling Young Now? (check out "Movement and Location" to see if you like it, they also do a great cover of Radiohead's "Kid A")
+The Shins - Oh, Inverted World ("Caring is Creepy" is one of my favourite songs of all-time, discovered it on the Garden State soundtrack and the album itself is amazing as well)
+The National - Trouble Will Find Me (can't get enough of this album, "Sea of Love", "Humilation", "Pink Rabbits", tons of great songs)
+Ugly Heroes - Ugly Heroes (great hip-hop/rap record, check out the songs "Long Drive Home", "Graves" and "Sweet Love" to see if you'll enjoy it)
+J Dilla - Donuts ("Workinonit" featuring The Roots is one of my favourite rap songs of all-time, but the album is loaded with spectacular stuff)
+Emanuel and the Fear - Listen (one of the most fascinating records I've ever heard, the band is huge, featuring a whopping 11 members, "Trucker Lovesong" and "Song for a Girl" would be a good place to start to see if they appeal to you; but, since you like Sufjan Stevens, I'm sure you'll enjoy these guys very much, "Comfortable Prison" off their self-titled EP is one of the best songs I've ever heard)
I hope you find some enjoyment out of these albums as I have. | YetAnotherBrick
