12.08.14 | "His lyrics are justified in all honesty. Whats being said in these comments would anger me as well. Put yourself in his shoes, and by the way the whole "Him kicking the band members out because of ticket sales." Is a rumor that was started by 'PupFresh'. Lets not try and believe everything we see on the internet. ;) As for the album I find most of the songs on this album too be rather enjoyable. His story is a fascinating one and it is interesting to listen too. There are a few let downs such as: Caught Like a Fly, and the Westerner. However, songs like The Drug in Me is You, Goodbye Graceful, and Sink or Swim are redeeming qualities. The guitar solos are good what they lack in technicality, Jacky makes up with speed and believe it or not he does a great job. The drummer is amazing, providing backing vocals and screams as well as playing catchy beats. Bass players are pointless in Post-Hardcore bands, but they seem to make good use of their bass player which is a redeeming quality within its self since most bass players are pushed too the side. Rhythm guitar is replaceable, as he doesn't really stand out by any means, but he isn't awful either." |
