You're ignoring that he's a sexist moron. You're ignoring the fact that the high school that idolized him and retired his number is now distancing itself from him. Granted, there evidence isn't there to support that he raped that girl, but there is definitely something wrong here. If there was only one instance of him being accused, I'd give him the benefit of the doubt. There's just too much going on here to think he's completely innocent of everything.
