My personal ranking for the songs that make up the first disc of Porcupine Tree's
The Incident. I'm pretty on the fence about this one; it's definitely an enjoyable
record but it's not like HOLY SHIT PORCUPINE TREE!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't think that all
of the songs really reach there full potential and the concept isn't as fleshed out as
the band would like you to believe it is, but hey, it's still a good enough album. My
opinion on this ranking is likely to change.
Yup, Time Flies and I Drive The Hearse are the best tunes here. This is the album that got me into Porcupine Tree, I'll always appreciate it more than it deserves. Kneel And Disconnect, Drawing The Line (the chorus is the one that drags it down a bit) and Octane Twisted/Circle Of Manias are also close.
