KrazyKris 09.14.14	Yeah, the problem people seem to have with the monarchy is more the ideology it represents rather than the actual outcome. The last two decades the royal family in the UK hasn't contributed anything that would be worth mentioning to british politics, so the real question is only if they cost money or if they maybe even make money through tourism. Other than that it's mind-numbingly uninteresting what happens to them.

I will say that personally I don't mind it that much, it does keep people from all over coming to visit, thus potentially bringing more people for me to dj to at nights. I'm not too keen on politics for show.

There's literally no excitement anymore and they're no longer taking any risks, like they did with episodes such as The Impossible Astronaut. Anyway point being, I don't understand anyone asking to privatise the BBC. It'll be as detrimental as privatising the NHS
