It's a sunny summer's day, you have the top down or the windows rolled down and you can feel
the wind brush gently through the air as the sun's cancerous rays slowly kill us, but who cares
when you got the driving tunes turned up full blast. What better way to announce your arrival

"Goin' out West"
This song is easily my favourite driving song. The unusual percussion, the low bass style guitar riff, and
Tom's grungy voice couple with lyrics about "Going out west where they appreciate me" add the winning

"Shitlist"
I'm usually not the type of person to put the radio up at full blast because I know how annoying it can be
at times, especially if the person is playing trance music or some other kind of electronic music malarky,
however I am guilty of cranking up the volume for this loud metallic gem and if anyone has objections to

A guilty pleasure of mine, but this is one of my favourite driving songs because I had P.E. first period when
I was in high school and I would use this song to help pump me up and forget that I only had three to four
hours of sleep. Most people I know give me a hard time for liking Ratt, but I don't care, it's a great song

"Search and Destroy"
This song is probably one of the finest opening tracks on any album, it grabs you by the balls and just does
not let go until the song is over. I blasted this many times driving fast down the high way. | | 5 | Deep Purple
"Highway Star"
This is a classic driving song that should be on everyone's driving playlist. Ian Gillan's heart pounding
scream at the beginning of the song grabs your attention and wont let go. | |
Big Baby Jesus
