riffariffic7 08.16.14	I really agree with you on 1, that's one of my favourite films of all-time, a really great story, and fantastic performances from Banderas, Hopkins, Jones, as well as the actors playing the two lead villains. Just an undeniably great film that gets better and better the more I watch it. I didn't like the second one too much, had more in common with The Mummy Returns than the original in terms of quality, but I'd love to see a third instalment, maybe get a new Zorro and place Banderas in the Hopkins-type role from the first film. Get the guy who played Oberyn in Season Four of Game of Thrones (Pedro Pescal) to be the new Zorro, there's an idea.
riffariffic7 08.17.14	I'd recommend to you: Chinatown, Drive, Warrior, Hunger, Harsh Times, Jackie Brown, The Spectacular Now, Beasts of the Southern Wild, Take Shelter, Sherlock (it's a BBC series, but each season, three so far, has three episodes that are an hour and a half each and it's an incredible show), Slither, I Saw the Devil, The Raid: Redemption, The Raid 2, A Bittersweet Life, Go, Fear and Loathing in Los Vegas, The Wackness, Seven Psychopaths, Out of the Furnace, so many great movies out there that I'd love to see, old and new alike.

NorthernSkylark 08.17.14	okay I'll rec: no country for old men, eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, good will hunting, scarface, pulp fiction, drive [2], the invinsibles, there will be blood (it's not that good, but there will be blood), L.A Confidential, American History X, fight club, requiem for a dream, shame etc.

Sevengill 08.17.14	but that one was just so...silly. you never felt like the characters were in any real danger once it became a series and that took the fun out of it.

I also really like The Wolf of Wall Street, Glengarry Glen Ross, Boyz n the Hood, The Wraith, Awakenings, Darkman, The Crow, JCVD, The Godfather, Scarecrow, Scarface, ...And Justice For All, Heat, Catch Me If You Can, Antz, The Dead Zone, Man on Fire, Man of Steel, 300, Immortals, Blade, Blade II, Passenger 57, New Jack City, tons of others that I can't think of.
