DrGonzo1937 07.29.14	That's right, I actually enjoyed 8 and 9 more than 7. Season 7 suffered from some pretty shocking episodes, and David looked like he didn't want to be there. Think a lot of fans bitch about 8 and 9 because Mulder isn't in it a lot not seeing that Robert Patrick does an amazing job taking over and later Annabeth Gish. Minus season 9 lack of focus, it still had some solid episodes.

DrGonzo1937 07.29.14	Agreed Ire. It's all round gold. I actually think the downfall came as soon as the first movie came out, because that's when it gets really silly (actually seeing little grey aliens and spaceships) and the show never recovers from that.

TalonsOfFire 07.29.14	6 has the best two-parter episodes of the series, Two Fathers and One Son. That season is way too low, but other than that pretty good list. Season 8 is great and gets way too much abuse

ninjuice 07.29.14	3 DOES have Jose Chung's...., Clyde Bruckman, DPO and Pusher, but those are where the all-time best eps stop. I can see people having issues with Fight Club, FPS, and All Things, but I don't. Season 7 rules. Patrick and Gish are good replacements but they're still replacements. 1, 2, 4, 3, 6, 5, 7, 8/9

I enjoy 7 more than 9 but i will say, i enjoyed 9 especially since i had such low expectations for it. Agent Dogget was a great character. Also curious to know how everyone feels about the movies?

GmemberKills 07.29.14	1st movie is amazing. 2nd one is about useless indeed. Really wish they would make a movie or mini-series involving the information found out in the Finale. I'd say both the Standalones and Mythology have ups and downs. Some of my favorite episodes are standalones though. One episode that doesn't get talked about a lot is Folie à Deux, the special effects on the creature are so minimal and timeless in my opinion, gave me the creeps 1st time i watched.

ninjuice 07.29.14	Standalones are EASILY the best on the whole, wtf people. The mythology in the last three seasons was out there/wtf like later seasons of Alias and most of LOST when the former was still in its prime. Also the first movie was great....until the climax with the bee. Second was also quite flawed but not THAT much worse.
