I wouldn't be surprised if he poisoned his spearhead, part of me thinks that he knew he wouldn't win (even though he seemed to kick his ass) so maybe he could get him in a more painful way than just spearing him in the chest. Haven't read the books but that's just a thought of mine. Also as weird as the Sansa/Littlefinger relationship is, I'm actually very intrigued by it. Sansa is learning how to play the game and could even manipulate Baelish. Ser Jorah Mermont has been getting bitchslapped this whole season too.

That gives GRRM more time to write but it's also making stuff in the show take so long to happen. I was hoping we'd get to see the epic finale of that book this season, but I guess not. Still a lot of cool stuff to happen in the last ep, though, given the title.
