04.24.14 | "Laptops suck now and days" "I was in a metalcore mood" | climactic
04.24.14 | rip laptop | joshuahuntkc
04.24.14 | I got a dell laptop recently too. Windows 8.1 is actually pretty alright. not much different from windows 7 really. | MuhNamesTyler
04.24.14 | I feel you dude, my startup disk on my Mac went out awhile back and I've yet to replace. Luckily I back everything up on a wireless hard drive though | TMobotron
04.24.14 | I still have some major beef w/ windows 8's interface, but it's a faster OS performance-wise compared to 7. Just sucks they had to cripple it with that awful touchscreen-oriented design. | Acanthus
04.24.14 | Actually a huge fan of touch lap/desktops, as well as 8.1 (WP8 user myself); don't have any issues with it at all, or even gripes really.
Laptops these days pack quite a bit more punch for your dollar, just have to be careful of the low power usage processors and a few other "modern" features. | Avagantamos
04.24.14 | whenever I listen to metalcore I have to get a new laptop too | moshpotatoes
04.24.14 | Windows 8 is pure crap. It's targeted completely towards stupid people or the elderly. They try to make it easier with the whole apps and stuff but in reality its holding people back from doing anything productive. It makes the simplest task hard. It's total restriction. And I hate how they're pushing it on everyone. | moshpotatoes
04.24.14 | correct. | oresttt
04.24.14 | Crydebris - The Severing
Add this to your new collection. | moshpotatoes
04.24.14 | ^ It's sounding good bro | bakkermaarten007
04.24.14 | I like Windows 8 a lot on my laptop. I switch from mouse to multitouchpad to touchscreen intuitively. And the tiles are just wonderful. It's an OS that's ahead of its time, hence so many consumers feel uneasy using it. | Acanthus
04.25.14 | @mosh - it's not being pushed anymore than any other Windows/Apple major OS release; no one is being forced to upgrade and the like. As for the apps if you're using an actual computer you don't need them at all since, well, it's an actual computer. |
