Judio!
03.11.14 | Awesome, 1, 2, 4, and 5 are four of my favorite albums of all time. As far as recs go, I really don't know shit about the genre
either. Check Burzum and Mayhem, and Drudkh, that's the best I can do. |
Atari
03.11.14 | "can't stand Varg's vocals"
wow. to each their own i guess. |
Judio!
03.11.14 | Varg rules hard. I would argue that the song "Det Som En Gang Var" has one of the best vocal performances of all time, if not the best in all of black metal. |

03.12.14 | I'm just getting into BM and I found Darkthrone an easy place to start.
They have a bit of a death metal or thrash influenced sound which made a bit more sense to me right off the bat. |
VinVal
03.12.14 | I also started with darkthrone but i didnt really appreciate the genre until i heard burzum's filosofem. I do however think transilvanian hunger is a good place to start with bm noobs then id go to hvis lysset tar oss or filosofem. Drudkh's autumn aurora is a pretty accesible bm album too. |
