03.09.14 | frustrating, sure.. but the game is never unfair and is more rewarding than any game i have ever played. the game doesn't hold your hand because it knows that you are capable and wants you to succeed. you should give it another chance. |

03.09.14 | the game is actually pretty forgiving with bonfire placements, granted you can fuck yourself over completely by lighting one in a bad place at a bad time |

The game is actually quite easy once you know where to go and if you understand its rules. A lot of them are pretty self explanatory but if you really can't cope with yourself I would suggest watching a playthrough, or a speed run or whatever. A lot of things start making a lot more sense once you know your directions and what's the best option. A little of the mystery is lost but I'm assuming that doesn't mattter you. |

03.09.14 | You guys won't be disappointed - Everything that made Dark Souls 1 good is still here and almost everything has been refined. It's not as cryptic but the gameplay itself has become even harder so far, which really surprised me with all the talk about more accessible to new players and stuff. So so so good. |

03.13.14 | congrats man. How many hours did it take? And what level did you finish at? Im 13 hours in and just finished no mans warf and ive reached boss gate for belfry gargoyle and sinners rise. Still feel like im pretty early in tge game. love it so far taken some getting used to but it has far exceeded my already high expectations. |

03.13.14 | I played this for about 3 hours straight the other night, and it was kicking my ass. I finally made it to the 4th bonfire, and decided to call it a night.
I played some of Demon's Souls when it first came out but never messed with Dark Souls 1. I don't think I was prepared for this.
I really hate that your HP gets knocked down every time you die, tho. |
