lyzakthellama 02.06.14	I know these are all pretty typical but I enjoyed them all a lot. I am looking to play Gone Home next, it looks really interesting and has great reviews. What are your favorite games I should check out?

SirDrumsalot 02.06.14	Currently going back through the 1st God of War for fun. Next up is Bioshock Infinite for the first time. I thoroughly enjoyed the first two and have only heard good things about Infinite. I'm excited to get started. Last of Us immediately joined my top 5 of all time. FF7 has always been there.
MO 02.06.14	dude bioshock infinite was fucking amazing I still find myself tossing it on and flying through it. so damn fun the combat is great. I'm beyond stoked for burial at sea episode 2

Calc 02.06.14	lost odyssey is awesome verm, find all those little stories it has and get your heart strings tugged. I just beat the new tomb raider and am now playing through command and conquer red alert 3.

Calc 02.06.14	don't apologize just have fun wit lost odyssey. tomb raider was like a poor man's uncharted except the controls were sharper so i liked it a lot. C&C red alert 3 is fuking ridiculous and both story and the units and i've never played an RTS like that before so I'll prolly like it too.
theacademy 02.06.14	"dead space 2 on hardcore mode omg that was insane" i swear this game is not worth the effort to do hardcore mode. Dead Space 1 > Dead Space 3 > Dead Space 2. Extraction is up there with DS1
ZombicidalMan 02.06.14	Going to try and do a speed run of Ico, and making my way through Ni No Kuni and Fallout: New Vegas. Also picked up Rising Storm which rules

Lettuce 02.06.14	Outlast is horrifying. The atmosphere of the asylum, and tension of being spotted and chased by one of the patients will make you shit your pants

Gyromania 02.06.14	good shit, all very good games. agreed with you concerning difficulty - i almost always playthrough on the hardest available difficulty. did that 1999 mode first time through bioshock infinite and holy shit was that ever a challenge. i want to check out that new survival horror game outlast, looks like it builds tension in a not-lame cliche way

Kman418 02.07.14	its honestly shocking to me how much people latched onto the last of us considering its probably one of the most slightly above average games of the last decade with that said i just did estranged and fez and hotline miami. fez and hotline are fucking amazing, estranged is pretty shit but 2/3 is still good i guess

Kman418 02.07.14	real talk though the last of us was basically just a rehash of a bunch of gameplay mechanics that have been around for 10 years with a super basic and predictable story literally the only thing it had going for it was it had good character development and the art design was incredible lmao
lyzakthellama 02.07.14	while I agree the gameplay is rehashed and nothing new, the thing I loved about the last of us is the characters, the clickers (I thought they provided fun obstacles and kept my heart pumping), dialogue and the art design. All of these things kept me playing and made it worth getting through a gameplay style Ive seen multiple times before

Masochist 02.08.14	I am apparently on an RPG kick. I recently bought Xenogear Chronicles, Bravely Default, have been playing the heck out of Star Ocean: Till The End of Time and The Elder Scrolls Online, and am waiting impatiently for FF XIII: Lightning Returns.
Kman418 02.08.14	i mean outlast is good but saying you should play it if you like amnesia is like saying "if you like HP lovecraft books you would love going to ur local haunted house too probably" like yes they both fit into the general category of ~horror~ but other than that the tactics and styles they use to actually scare you are so incredibly different they're not very comparable at all
