07.20.23 | Lol just discovered the “my content” tab after 14 years on this site and saw the more recent bumps.
Later on this same year I dropped some much better acid to Primus w/ Danny Carey at Riot in Chicago. One of the crazier experiences of my life. Best acid trip of my life was just at my old apartment, jamming some tunes at 7am and watching the sky turn inside out. Might’ve been the year after this. Anyway, S tier drug. |

07.20.23 | @But This is a smelly person’s list, I cannot lie. A lot of these were favorites of my best bud at the time, who I was tripping with. He lives in Long Beach and works as a security guard in Compton now. Amazing guy. My other buddy I was with became a professor at Pitt and has a cool plant-based podcast about the holistic benefits of plants. Also an amazing guy. I mostly just smoke weed and wait tables. Not an amazing guy. We all smell ok now, but back then perhaps not lol

I bought a lighter, put $10 on the counter, they handed me my change, and then I grabbed the change, the lighter and my $10 and put it all in my pocket and the lady started yelling at me but I had no idea what was going on and couldn't make sense of any of it and just kinda kept stammering "w... what?" and eventually she got this really confused look on her face and just said "okay go just go" |

In retrospect, this is what we normally jammed to when we’d hang out, the acid almost had no effect on the music choices for the night.
@Kusangii Not so much! I have a profound love for shrooms, but maybe half or more of my true trips have been, at least in the moment, “bad.” Still eat through a Skybar throughout a week every handful of months, those things are great |
