neurisis17 01.29.14	Well I can't make a judgment based on only theme parks or resort towns (which are definitely good in Florida). I was trying to think about actually living in the state, and it doesn't seem that appealing, I probably would've picked Missouri if I hadn't just passed through.

Minnesota is beautiful, California is cool, Illinois (Chicago of course) left a good impression, and Southern Louisiana is pure soul, and D.C. was really nice (y'know except for the crime)... Wanna see Washington State, Oregon, Virginia, Georgia, New York, Maryland, Massachusetts, and a hard maybe on Montana.

LambsBread 01.30.14	im just blown away that people think florida has bad weather, its some of the nicest climate in the country. I bet Orlando isn't all that great, but I gaurantee you its multiple times better than Oregon because I know people who have lived years in both states.

intotheshit 01.30.14	I live right next door to texas. The summer is hot and dry, the winter is mostly 40s and 50s with the occasional ice/snow storm, and spring brings tornadoes every now and then. That seems pretty easy going to me.

Also, granted it's mainly our falls/winters that are crazy, jumping from warm to cool to freezing on a day-by-day basis... You're right about the springs and summers though.. and the flag bearing republicans thing is pretty much only in west Texas, and sparse at that.

Let me see, best states: Hawaii, North Carolina, Texas, and New York.
