Video Game Nostalgia #2: Shadow Of The Colossus

Shadow of the Colossus was one of the games I played the most during my early teen years, always keeping me hooked to the boss fights and fantastic atmosphere. Looking back on it and playing it again, it's just as good as ever. The boss designs are creative as hell (no matter what size each one is), the graphics are great for the PS2, and there's a distinctly melancholic atmosphere that has rarely been replicated as well elsewhere. The only issue is that the camera angles and control scheme can occasionally give you trouble during an intense battle, but it certainly isn't enough to ruin the game. 9.5/10, and still one of my favorite games of all time.
