The Bastardization Of A Genre

Some kid at my school mentioned that his favorite genre was Post-Hardcore, and at first I was relieved that he actually knew that genre existed, but when I came to discover that the groups he considered post-harcore are Enter Shikari, We Came as Romans, and Of Mice and Men, I got extremely angry. Ughh, get some class buddy.
1Enter Shikari
The Zone

This isn't post-hardcore, it's pre-good
2We Came as Romans
Dreams

Scene kid central \m/
3Of Mice & Men
The Flood

Metalcore, shit, whatever you want to call it.
4At the Drive-In
Relationship of Command

I should have Rodriguez and Zovalo slap the shit out of that kid.
5Q and Not U
No Kill No Beep Beep

JAMZ
6Fugazi
Red Medicine

I should have shoved this rec down his throat
