SeaAnemone 07.29.13	who cares about 'biggest' ?? that'd be an easy list to make, just establishing who is the most popular... and I think if we're talking essential post-rock then albums are much more appropriate than bands, even if the two "top _whatever_" albums would probably be from the same band haha (GYBE), because a bunch of bands only released one seminal album (slint, talk talk, yndi halda)

DBrown 08.21.13	I've always thought that debating the merits of post-rock bands is similar to debating which wine is better; it's reductive, as it hits everyone differently. All four of these bands are immensely talented and innovative. I personally prefer Explosions and Sigur Ros over Godspeed and Mogwai but that's just me.
