Really is a good time to go back and look at the old school strongmen. I love doing my kbs, big 4, and whatever raw strength movements I can do.

I eat 8 eggs a day and stay pretty much all meat, fruits, veg and am stuck at 215.
I say stuck because I'd like to compete in a power lifting comp next year. My 3 lifts are decent but I know extra weight would help on my pulls.
It doesn't help that I'm lactose intolerant and hit with celiac. My options and genetics keep me in a weird sort of stasis, so I'm just hitting everything slowly. Which is why the 5/3/1 gig has been working well for me.
If you can do that shit hit it though. Eating 8 eggs a day has done great things for me in terms of endurance and strength gains.
I'm working my way back up to my old power lift days, which were good but not great but I know I could take them further as I was swimming competively at that point in time (high school). Right now I don't serve as many masters so I can go beyond my 1rm. |

Also, with thousands of people already dead, why would Superman even care about the family that Zod was about to kill? I didn't like how he took down Zod. |

I know I shouldn't drink it, but with the boom in micro brews, there is something new to try every week. SO I deal...
I think when I get tired of that and just get to the eating without the empty bs I'll be able to move beyond, but there is so much good stuff to be tasted.
