BallsToTheWall 06.07.13	That's exactly why I do it but I still love diner food. 90% of the time I don't seem to focus on anything but I noticed that lifting helps combat that.

BallsToTheWall 06.07.13	I'm very fortunate to have a fast metabolism and good genes because I probably wouldn't look the same otherwise, even with fanatical training. I'm happy that I got off creatine months ago and it hasn't done anything strength/physique wise.

MO 06.07.13	ahaha I literally just got back from a chest workout changes everytime but today it was flat bench with dumbells, 3 sets ascending then ending with a drop set starting at 70% of my max and going down incline barbell press, same 3 sets ascending then drops flat bench flies, 5 sets ascending 1 with little weight for as many reps as possible chest dips, starting with body weight then using the belt with the chain to go up to a plate then 2 (so that extra 90 lbs plus my heavy ass self kills) decline bench, 3 sets ascending one drop seated bench machine at the very end of my workout and do the rack (around 300 lbs) chest = dummied

BallsToTheWall 06.08.13	Basketball at least once a week. Running without a purpose is gay to me so I like to avoid treadmills/stationary bikes/jogging/etc. Personally id love to get back into jiujitsu but im too broke atm.
DANcore 06.08.13	hopefully you're not doing this on a regular basis, but if you are then replace at least one barball press with dumbbells and add much more to your warm up routine. Trust me bro, Im going under the knife next week to repair a tendon in my shoulder. The amount of muscle you can lose do to injury is MUCH greater than the amount you stand to gain by training recklessly.
BallsToTheWall 06.08.13	My shitty ass gym only goes up to 75's on dumbell so I cant afford to do that unfortunately. However I do make sure i'm properly warmed up before going ham, especially legs. I do back extensions and plenty of BW squats and lunges to prepare. My shoulders pop every now and then so I have to take good care especially with those.
DANcore 06.08.13	Shit man, that sucks. Just make sure you dont try to push through pain. I lifted on a torn rotator for months until i just couldnt any longer. Now i look back, down 20 pounds, up 2% bf, and just think about what a dumbass I was.
BallsToTheWall 06.08.13	After blowing a heavy squat 3 years ago I stopped fucking around in the gym. Thought I would be paralyzed or have to have back surgery at the time because the pain was brutal but but thank Odin for the power rack and my luck. Back pain/problems only lasted a few weeks fortunately and went away after.

Wolfhorde 06.13.13	time is more affected by rest time and what kind of reps you do than necessarily w/o volume. if you do strength myos/clusters with circuits and get funky with some of that here and some of that there with some good rest pauses in between you'll sure take a good amount of time. but if you really want to you can def. be done with a good workout in under an hour if not even less. hell, you can even split the day if you feel like it.

mifzal 06.14.13	you know fishing is a great sport , especially if you are going to catch big ones like bluefin/yellowfin tuna, marlin and the legendary barracuda. it is less boring and more effective.
