| Top Ten Metallica Lps
Won't be the most popular order. | | 10 | | Lou Reed and Metallica Lulu
A new all time low, of all time... Ever...
Top Tracks: I would love to answer this, but I can't. | | 9 | | Metallica Reload
Just ridiculously bad. It is an album consisting of left over tracks from an already horrible album.
Nuff said.
TT: Fuel, the Memory Remains, Better Than You. | | 8 | | Metallica Load
To keep it short and sweet, it has a couple good ones, but overall, it is just embarrassing.
TT: 2x4, King Nothing, Until it Sleeps. | | 7 | | Metallica St. Anger
This gets 7th because of its riffage. It has quite a few good riffs actually. But other than that...
Nothing.
TT: Some Kind of Monster, St. Anger, Invisible Kid. | | 6 | | Metallica Death Magnetic
I used to like this more than TBA, but it's stale production eventually outweighed the "Thrash"
sound. Good album regardless, I've listened to it all the way through more then any other Metallica
album.
TT: That Was Just Your Life, The End of the Line, The Judas Kiss. | | 5 | | Metallica Metallica
Used to be my favorite, then I hated it, now I love it. It's honestly not bad when you really listen to
it. It's pretty heavy and really, it is a pure Metal record.
TT: Enter Sandman, Sad But True, Through the Never. | | 4 | | Metallica Master of Puppets
Surprise! It's not my favorite. Never really saw why it got so much hype. It always sounded like an
overproduced RTL to me. None the less, a close to flawless album.
TT: Battery, Master of Puppets, Orion. | | 3 | | Metallica Ride the Lightning
This is Metallica's "true fan only" favorite. The Metal community usually focuses on MoP or TBA, but
this is the album that most deep Metallica fans enjoy most.
TT: Ride the Lightning, For Whom the Bell Tolls, Creeping Death. | | 2 | | Metallica Kill 'Em All
The rawest album of '83 hands down. James Hetfield + Dave Mustaine = MIND BLOWN! The solos
are epic and the whole sound of the album screams THRASH!
TT: Hit the Lights, Jump in the Fire, Seek and Destroy. | | 1 | | Metallica ...And Justice for All
Just pure metal. It is a darker sounding album when compared to the others, and I think it works
perfect. Lars does really good here, the solos are pretty solid, the riffs are heavy as steel, and the
vocals are just mean. Even with practically no bass, this album is genius.
TT: Blackened, Dyers Eve, The Frayed ends of Sanity. Basically the whole album. | |

05.26.13 | Finally someone who recognizes AJFA is the best! | grish
05.26.13 | there are a couple of really good custom remasters of death magnetic on piratebay.se. the entire album was downloadable for guitar hero, so people were able to get the separate instrument tracks and work some magic with them. | manosg
05.26.13 | Interesting ranking. For me 3 is 1 and 7 is 9. | Titan
05.26.13 | GREAT RANKING
For me, 1 is 1, 2-4 are interchangeable, and 5 is 5. I do like Load better than St. Anger. | KjSwantko
