ComfortablyDumb 05.10.13	The first third was 10/10 amazing, the middle sucked dick and resorted to cliches and tropes we've seen a hundred times before, the ending was pretty decent though. Still a good movie, but I was pretty disappointed in it after how great the opening hour was.

SitarHero 05.10.13	Pretty much, which is why I've had no inclination to see Pines. I'll take your word for it if you say that it's played differently and might give it a chance.
SitarHero 05.10.13	Cool. Drive was alright, but it felt like about 30 minutes of movie stretched out to an hour and a half by slo-mo-ing almost every scene. I think Only God Forgives has got the same director, so I'm not keen on the results.

SitarHero 05.10.13	Well it's not really closed-minded if you don't watch a film that looks like something you won't enjoy, especially when you have to pay steep prices to watch it. That's the whole point of the trailer, to make the movie look like something you'd want to watch. Right now every trailer of Gosling movies just focuses on what a brooding anti-hero he is. I'd rather just wait for it to play on TV.
