04.18.13 | I find Schindler's List to drag at times. Still a phenomenal film, and Neeson and Fiennes were at their best. |
ButteryBiscuitBass
04.18.13 | Yeah, Fiennes was fucking fierce in that film. |
intotheshit
04.18.13 | I still think that is his greatest role. You can see the conflict within him so clearly. I think it's extraordinary as well that when he commits a brutal act, you can see glimmers of doubt inside of what is plainly a happy, sadistic look. That's saying something of Fiennes acting. |
ButteryBiscuitBass
04.18.13 | Definitely, I've got a lot of time for Ralph Fiennes.
He's very good in the English Patient and saves it from being an ultimate horrible film IMO. |

04.18.13 | Have you seen Coriolanus? |
ButteryBiscuitBass
04.18.13 | Nah, I haven't, mate. Any good? |

04.18.13 | Yeah, he is vicious in, almost animalistic. |

04.18.13 | Awesome, I'll put it on the list! |

04.18.13 | 1. Schindler's List
2. Jaws
3. Raiders of the Lost Ark
4. The Last Crusade
5. Jurassic Park
6. E.T.
7. Close Encounters of the Third Kind
8. Lincoln
9. Saving Private Ryan
- Saving Private Ryan has a flawless opening 30 minutes, some of the best war cinematography ever filmed, and then it goes downhill fast. Its not a bad film, but I wish Spielberg spent as much time on his characters and story arc as he did his camera and props.

04.18.13 | lol War Horse was awful
Most of his movies don't connect with me emotionally at all even though he tries so fucking hard with those hokey scores, I would have Minority Report and Catch Me If You Can way higher |
Trebor.
04.18.13 | I feel like Zemekis and Darabant did what Spielberg does, but with an actual heart and soul. Like I'd take Shawshank and Green Mile and Back To The Future and Roger Rabbit over most Spielberg movies any day |
peaks40
04.18.13 | ^^^trebor your my go to guy on film, i find spielberg overrated. sorry. I love Lincoln, Catch me if you can, and i plan to watch minority report and Munich. I didn't like saving private ryan, was overdone on special effects and length |
