i definitely understand how not everyone enjoys Buddy's lyrics as much as i do but he's someone who writes things that i can very personally relate to. From stuff about his addiction to stuff about his father, he writes about issues that have also gone through. And the fact he writes in such a raw, seemingly "immature" way is absolutely perfect, because when you're really bearing your soul on significant topics, you're not going to be delivering it neatly packaged poetic verses. |
