Yeah. When you start taking away things that produce large amounts of dopamine, they naturally create a withdrawal. Weed is easier to get over than a lot of other drugs (obviously). Eat fish a couple of times per week, and get just a bit of exercise. That is usually enough to beat the withdrawals. |

There are definitely physical withdrawals. Especially with how much stronger weed is now-a-days. The effects compared to cocaine or meth are much less, and I'd assume even weaker than alcohol (don't know that for sure). The effect is small enough that lifestyle changes can help. Of course, it's easy to say, but laying off is never as easy. |

For me it's never gotten to the point where i felt like absolute shite and thought "goddamn i just need one more hit to feel good", but i have gotten pretty desperate in my quest to get high in the past after binging (yes, even resin, sad and gross as it may be)
