| Ultimate Death Lineup
Death's most skilled musicians for each instrument. | | 1 | Chuck Schuldiner (Vocals, Guitar)
Death is Chuck's band. There is no Death without Chuck. | | 2 | James Murphy (Guitar)
While he only performed on Spiritual Healing, he's shown his incredible guitar work in that album. He is most recognizable with Testament however. | | 3 | Steve DiGiorgio (Bass)
One of the most unique and skilled metal bassist out there. Easily outplays any other Death bassist. | | 4 | Richard Christy (Drums)
This is arguable, but I believe Christy is a better drummer than Gene Hoglan. Christy's drumming is more defined and technical. | |

12.01.07 | Christy is amazing, but he was a bit too spastic for my tastes. Hoglan on Symbolic was probably my favorite Death drumming. | rasputin
12.02.07 | The only death member that ever mattered was Schuldiner. | Yazz_Flute
12.02.07 | What Thord said. I would have Hoglan for drums, but i agree with the rest. | botb
12.02.07 | Huge no on 4. Gene Hoglan all the way. |
