Been mixing some genres up for some variety lately, here's some stuff I've been digging.
1Deftones
Koi No Yokan

Deftones really haven't put out an album yet that I've disliked. This is probably up
to par with Diamond Eyes for me, and that was great.
2This or the Apocalypse
Dead Years

This is their best release yet. Not a classic, but it sure is fun.
3The Prodigy
The Fat of the Land

Love this, and I'm not a huge fan of electronica. Favorite song on this is Mindfields.
4Animals as Leaders
Animals as Leaders

One of my friends introduced me to these guys a few months ago. They just
popped back into my head to check em out again and I'm quite pleased with what
I'm hearing.
5Misfits
Static Age

I love both the Danzig and Graves era, but this is definitely my favorite album of
theirs. Saw them in my history on youtube and I've gotten back into listening to
them. kind of sad about their new material though, it sucks.
6Foo Fighters
Wasting Light

I'm an average Foo Fighters fan and I haven't even listened to the new album until
like a month ago, what was I thinking? That aside it is a decent release, maybe it
will grow on me more.
7Parkway Drive
Atlas

I wrote a review on this a few days ago, and this is much better than deep blue in
my opinion. It's not a classic but I am happy with the release despite some cons of
mine.
8Twelve Foot Ninja
Silent Machine

Same friend who told me about Animals as Leaders showed me this band. Holy crap,
this is one mix mash of an album and I love it. It has a little bit of everything.
9Slayer
Reign in Blood

Never really been a big fan of Slayer, but I decided to give them another chance,
so I picked their "most favored" album to start out with. It's pretty good, not a fan
of the vocals, but the deep thrashy instrumental is awesome. Hope this grows on
me as well.
10Wolves at the Gate
Captors

Still such a nice and solid debut. Any post hardcore fan should check this out. I
keep coming back to it when I'm in a blue mood.
