10.23.12 | I never heard 3 but the rest are amazing. 1 and 5 are my two favorite death metal albums of all time. Kill is incredible, but I actually think Torture tops it. And Focus is classic, but I personally usually listen to that when I'm in more of a progressive mood rather than death metal. |

I think it's a good branch for people who aren't as into death metal because of it's jazzier/lighter side. 5 is the truly difficult one to get into, but the list even mentions that's only for experienced death metal listeners who want something more extreme. |
