What they do in sweden works for them, as they have a smaller population to deal with. I think if we wanted a social democracy, we would have to implement it at the state level while using the federal government as oversight
However, I don't think any of that will ever happen, and I don't think I'd want it to. It seems like a system that could become even more corrupted than what we have down the road. Just remember that the more control you give the government to help you now, could be the same control another administration uses against you down the road. |
