Opening Bands

You know, I'm always hesitant going into a concert with an opening band I haven't heard of. I mean, I'll be there if I like the band, but it seems almost tedious when the opening bands are bad. I went to Say Anything here in FoCo last night and notice they had three opening bands. I was a little worried, but when the first one came out, they fucking blew it up. Check these motehrfuckers out, because they deserve it.
1Tallhart
Sister of Mine

When these guys came out on stage, I honestly didn't think they would be good.
The guitarist looked like Wash, from Firefly and the singer was huge. Like, really
huge. But he had the best live voice I think I've ever heard (save maybe Steven
Wilson). These guys are really great, very Manchester Orchestra-y. Check them
out!
2The Sidekicks
Awkward Breeds

Really punky, but really good as well. It was the singers birthday last night, which
was dope. I think bands always do better when there's a birthday.
3Murder By Death
Bitter Drink, Bitter Moon

These Guys are more well known. But they still were great. They really talked to
the audience, and told us (almost) what every song was about.
4Say Anything
Anarchy, My Dear

Seeing them actually made me like this album more. I dunno. The Stephen Hawking
was their closer and it gave me goosebumps. Toward the end, the members started
leaving one by one until it was just Bemis screaming "You'll bleed" into the
microphone. Chills were had.
