Ignimbrite 10.02.12	Musically, the new one's near perfect, but it's only two full songs and it's not new material. These are the only things keeping it below F# and Slow Riot for me. Still not sure about how it compares to LYSF, but it's better than Yanqui. The best thing about this is that I remember reading a year or so back that they were actually writing new material, which this album has none of unless you count the drones. This could very well mean that we can expect a "full length" 5th album within a year or two.

Ignimbrite 10.02.12	It's still incredible music, but they've been playing the songs live since around 2003. They played Mladic (then called Albanian) when I saw them live a few months back. However, I guess it doesn't actually detract from it a ton, as it's still my AOTY at the moment. What's really important is that, again, I really think that this is an indication that we should expect another release relatively soon.

Ignimbrite 10.02.12	Nah, Yanqui remains their weakest. This is something of a cross between Yanqui and Slow Riot, with the long-windedness and guitar-centric sound of the former and the cohesiveness of the latter.
