auberginedreams 07.12.12	thanks a ton mindleviticus. i took the comments to heart when making this track. the ep should be done by the end of the summer hopefully. i have a bunch of songs done but i don't want to rush it and put out a bunch of material i'm not satisfied with. i'm gonna make some more tracks and then narrow it down to my favorites.

auberginedreams 07.12.12	damn i'm surprised you were able to make what you did on audacity. i use logic express 9 on my macbook pro.
AsoTamaki 07.12.12	I'm glad you laid off the distortion on this one. Pretty basic, but it's nice. The layering of the various instruments when the main melody comes in sounds good. Your EP should be worth a listen.

auberginedreams 07.13.12	thanks asotamaki. i really enjoy layering melodies. i think that's my strong point. percussion has always been the more difficult part for me.
auberginedreams 07.13.12	@scoot do you use a mac or pc? i really like logic express but if you use a pc then protools is similar. i paid about $200 for the program, although that was a little while ago so you can probably get it for less now. ableton live is pretty good too and it works on both mac and pc.
