0.0 | LifeAsAChipmunk | June 28th 12 | Unsurprisingly, the Waters' greatest gimmick lies within it's lead singer's different, though not entirely unique vocals (which can get quite grating when the lead singer pronounces things oddly). The instruments are rather typical of alternative/indie rock bands and are accompanied with the occasional harmonizing. The greatest asset this band has are it's great choruses. Waters' Out in the Light is a relaxing listen that does little to impress but a lot to keep you interested. Recommended tracks: Take Me Out to the Coast, Out in the Light.
