Nothing wrong with this album being soft and more on the commercial side. But the songs are boring and the songwriting offers absolutely nothing memorable.

This one is diverse. There is a tune for everyone, and beats to enjoy for each of us. It displays a renewed energy (lost with the last two) and it will keep you busy for days

While I do wish they would go back to some heavier material, this album is nothing to scoff at. I can safely say I thoroughly enjoyed every song on this record. A pleasant surprise to say the least.

Love this album, a little of everything that has made them a great band. Probably my favourite album from Volbeat. Keep up the great work guys!

I found Volbeat's latest release to lean on the 'rock' side than the 'metal' one soundwise. Whether this has happened to get more airplay and expand their audience on the other side of the Atlantic, what matters its the content itself. Rewind, Replay, Rebound has a lot of enjoyable tracks to offer with the usual shiny riffs, catchy choruses and Poulsen's distinctive voice blending superbly with each other. From this release, I keep the stormy rock n roller "Die To Live" which features also Clutch's Neil Fallon, "Cheapside Sloggers" for its classic Volbeat aura, "When We Were Kids" for its innocence feeling and, "Sorry Sack of Bones" for its haunting ambiance. I found tracks like "Pelvis on Fire", "Last Day Under The Sun", and "Cloud 9" also enjoyable but lacking substance.

I'm embarrassed at how much I used to love this band. Maybe because they used to have testicles. This is shamefully toothless and outright bad.

This album is a bit more commercial than previous endeavors, but that doesn't necessarily make it bad. It's got quite a few enjoyable songs on here. They've definitely gone more into a "rock band" sound than a "metal" sound here, but it's still enjoyable if the style change is taken as they're just trying something a little bit different. I don't hate softer Volbeat, I just wish there was more of a blend between the old and the new, because this album doesn't really have any "metal" songs on it.
