An evocative, dreamy listen from Seefeel and their best work to date. Each track proceeds like a different musical texture, not unlike Selected Ambient Works 2 or Another Green World. Structure is not part of this album's playbook, instead being fairly laid back focused on transporting the listener with diverse soundscapes. Lots of wonderful bass lines too.

I worship this band in many ways. Take notes people. This band created music that transports you into your dreams. Album is seminal.

Seefeel really bring out the biggest, quietest guns with their most ambiently laced - and simultaniously most subtle-pop-oriented - album. Despite the charming calm of the album, it may be their most evocative and adventurous work ever.

Seefeel's "Quique" uses really repetitive ambient bits and slowly builds on them over the course each song by adding and removing little nuances. Each song is repetitive but you can feel the changes as they happen, which makes them feel more hypnotic than tiring. It sort of blends into the background, but that's kind of the point. Eat your heart out, William Basinski.
